1991 until summer 2002 in various technical functions at Deutsche Telekom group. 1993-1999 Vice Chairman of the supervisory board of its mobile communication subsidiary T-Mobil. Challenging mediating tasks in the tangled web of shareholders, top management, employees and the strong postal and telecommunications union.

From 1999 until 2002 Investment Director Technology at its venture capital subsidiary in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Own entrepreneurial consultancy for young businesses and founders since fall 2002 including technology expertise in the information and telecommunication industries.

Strategic consultancy in labor relations.

2003 foundation of GEFOTEC GmbH Gesellschaft für fortgeschrittene Technologie, Bonn – corporation for advanced technology, an international commercial agency to promote excellent products of excellent innovative companies in the area of development and enterprise software.

Projects since 2002 include a German early stage technology VC-Fond, a police & rescue communication system based on MVNO technology (potential savings for the German taxpayer of 1 billion Euro), due diligence of a software company with a prognosis software for the stock exchanges, a pan-European MVNO operator, a veterinary Internet portal, and much more...
